In the Southern Ijaw Local Government Area, Target Segibo emerged as the victor in the election, securing a total of 36,326 votes, according to the declaration made by the returning officer, Ebi Stanley-Udisi.

Similarly, in Nembe Local Government Area, David Alagoa, who formerly served as the Commissioner for Agriculture, triumphed with 11,829 votes. The returning officer, Prof Festus Akpotohwo, officially announced his victory.

Moving on to Kolokuma/Opokuma Local Government Area, Lelei Tariye emerged as the winner after amassing a total of 27,823 votes. The returning officer, Prof Apuega Arikawei, declared his victory.

In Ekeremor Local Government Area, Onniye Isaac was declared the winner by the returning officer, Prof Joseph Omoro, after securing 35,177 votes.

In Brass Local Government Area, Febo Lucky of the PDP received the declaration of victory from the returning officer, Prof Joseph Omoro.
