The N11 billion Gombe water project is currently at the 90% completion stage. This project involves the rehabilitation, expansion, and upgrade of the Gombe Regional Water System. It aims to provide a sustainable and adequate supply of potable water to the residents of Gombe and its environs.

The project has achieved 90% completion, with only the installation of the electro-mechanical part remaining.

Approximately 158 kilometers of pipelines have been laid as part of the project.
